The wait is over β€” registration is now open for the TD Summer Reading Club and all OPL Summer programs

πŸ“šJoin the TD Summer Reading Club

Whether your child is already a book lover or just beginning their reading journey, the TD Summer Reading Club is a fun way to keep them reading  all summer long. This nationwide initiative encourages kids to read during the break from school, helping them stay sharp while having fun.

Each participant receives a reading kit and a calendar to track their reading days β€” and yes, reading to younger siblings counts too!

Return the completed calendar to any Library branch by August 30 to be entered into a draw for a chance to win a fabulous prize – a full year magazine subscription to keep the reading going all year long!

How do you sign up for your kids for the TD Summer Reading Club? Visit your local branch and sign up to get the reading kit.

πŸ“šTD Summer Reading Club programs - Let the Summer Adventures Begin!

In addition to encouraging reading with the TD Summer Reading Club, the Library offers a wide range of free and fun programs to keep children engaged all summer long. From writing to STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math), games, arts and crafts, dance and music, and nature exploration β€” there's something for every interest, both in branches and online.

Spots are limited for some activities, so be sure to grab your library card and register early to secure a place in the programs your children will enjoy most. TD SRC programs are also perfect for families where parents or grandparents are home and looking to spend quality time with children over the summer.
