The Rideau Branch of the Ottawa Public Library has served the Lowertown and Sandy Hill neighbourhoods since it opened in 1934. On November 30th 2024, members of the local community gathered with us to celebrate the Branch’s 90th anniversary. Local history and culture was shared, stories were read, and cake was eaten.

Naxos MusicBox is an educational tool. It offers friendly, informative written texts, colourful and clear design, and tailored playlists of over 4,000 audio tracks. Selections are presented in logical and engaging ways with lessons and examples. This is not merely a streaming platform; it is intended to enhance the music education of children aged 4–12.
