Here's what you can do at the Library:

    Check your email, browse the internet, photocopy or print important documents with ease. The Library also offers Chromebook loans for a 90-day period if you're not ready to purchase one yet.

    Enjoy books in English and French, as well as other languages such as Arabic, Chinese, Persian, Hindi, Russian, Spanish, and Ukrainian.
  • 💼 Attend practical workshops 
    Learn about job searching, taxes, legal advice, and more in free sessions designed to help newcomers succeed.
  • 🗣 Improve your language skills 
    Join English or French conversation groups to practice speaking in a friendly environment. You can also access online language learning tools to study at your own pace from home.
  • 🎨 Find engaging activities for your children 
    From Storytimes for babies and toddlers to educational games for school-aged kids—there’s something for every age.

    Your library card gives you access to free museum passes—a fun way to explore the culture and natural beauty of your new home. Want to learn more about Canada and keep up with local news?     Access newspapers and magazines from around the world through PressReader, available for free with your library card. You also can stay up to date through other magazines and news platforms available through the Library.

No library card? No problem! You can join Storytimes and Conversation Groups without one—just drop in and enjoy!
